Anupam Talwar Kohli is a Counseling Psychologist and Career Counselor with 28+ yrs of rich and varied work experience in the field of Guidance and Counseling.
She started her professional career in 1996, by launching and Leading the 'Crime Home Children's Project' (now called Children of Vulnerable Families Program), for India Vision Foundation, an NGO headed by Dr Kiran Bedi.
An ability to tailor sessions to suit varying needs & audiences, and the ability to strike a connect with people of varying age groups, social backgrounds and communities are her trademarks. A remarkably high degree of client satisfaction marks her professional career as a Career Counselor and Rogerian Psychotherapist.
Subsequently, post her marriage, she went on to gather a rather varied work experience as she travelled across India with her husband, on his postings. Over the years, she gained experience as a Psychotherapist, Psychometrician, Career counselor, Trainer & Life Skills speaker.
As a Mental Health Advocate and Person Centered Approach (PCA) Trainer, she has conducted Group Guidance Sessions for Nursing staff, military officers, Faculty of schools & colleges, Parents, Students.. across India
The expanse of her experience in Guidance & Counseling is vast and versatile. She has conducted personal counseling sessions for 5 year olds to senior citizens,has addressed faculty of degree colleges as well as primary teachers,has actively interacted with slum dwellers as well as socialites, has worked in elite public schools, as well as village pathshalas; has counseled students as well as professionals; has professionally collaborated with military and paramilitary personnel as well as inmates of Tihar Jail...
As a trainer of Psychology and Counseling Skills, Anupam tk has taught a diverse set of students, including Junior commissioned officers of the Army Medical corps, students of a Nursing College, Military personnel, religious teachers (Pastors, Pandits..), School teachers, fresh university graduates..
Anupam tk is adept in the online mode of communication.
She conducts Online Personal Counseling and career counseling sessions; Online classes for trainee counselors, tele-counsellors; webinars; Participates in Live interactive sessions and Radio telecasts.
Post reconnecting with Dr. Kiran Bedi in 2019,

as an executive team member.
Anupam tk subsequently appeared on various live sessions of ‘Saath Saath with Saina’, wherein she shares her thoughts about a range of Essential Life Skills for students.
